Shipping Options
We offer four convenient FedEx shipping methods to suit your needs:
- FedEx Ground: Our default shipping method for customers who are not logged in. Delivery times vary by state.
- FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery. Please note that some products need calibration time, which means the delivery will take place to the next possible delivery date.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight and your delivery Zip code. For this reason, shipping charges will be displayed only after you create an account. The final shipping costs will appear during checkout.
Please note: Your selected shipping method influences both the shipping charges and the lead time—this may affect your rental period. When you choose a different shipping option at checkout, your rental period will be adjusted according to the selected method.
Product-Specific Lead Times: Certain products may require additional processing time for calibration or configuration. Any extra lead time will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
All shipping prices are excluding tax.
Return shipping is carried out at customer’s own expense.
Payment Terms
We offer two convenient payment options:
- Credit Card: After placing your order, our Customer Service team will contact you to securely collect your credit card information and process your payment. Please note, this process is not automated to ensure maximum security.
- Purchase Order: Receive an invoice either after your rental period ends or after 30 days, whichever comes first.

If the rental item is damaged upon return, the customer shall bear the costs required for repair. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the damage to the rental item.
