Pac 8000 Single Gas Monitor for Organic Compounds (OV)
The gas detection device Pac 8000 OV detects the concentration of substances Ethylene Oxide, Propylene Oxide, Ethene, Propene, Vinyl Chloride, Methanol, Butadiene, Formaldehyde, Iso-Propanol, Tetrahydrofuran, 1-Chlor-2,3 Epoxy Propane, Styrene, Methyl Methacrylate and warns in case of dangerous gas concentration.
- Reliable single gas meter for personal measurement
- XXS sensor technology with high response speed and membrane filter
- Standard measurement range: 0 - 200 ppm
- 360° alarm signal, acoustic (90 dB) and visual
- The gas detector has a robust, handy housing for use under extreme conditions
- Large and user-friendly display with bright backlighting
- Storage of concentrations and events with date and time
Perform the mandatory functional tests before each use with Dräger test and calibration stations as well as the associated test gases. The basis for the functional tests are the data sheets T021 / T023 (DGUV Information 213-056 or DGUV Information 213-057). Further information can be found here.
If you would like a custom alarm threshold configuration, please specify the alarm thresholds in the comment field at the end of the ordering process.

Relevant Cross Sensitivities - Dräger Sensor XXS OV
The values provided in the table are reference sizes and apply to new sensors. The values given can vary by ±30%. The sensor can also be sensitive to other gases (data available on request from Dräger). Gas mixtures can be displayed as a sum. Gases with negative sensitivity can offset a positive OV display. It should be checked if gas mixtures are present.
