How to rent? - The rental process explained step by step


Step 1: Order online

Check price information, availability and shipping costs quickly, flexibly and conveniently on over 300 product pages for mobile gas detection technology, respiratory protection, height safety equipment, radio equipment, fire extinguishers and ventilation systems and place your rental order.

Step 2: Reliable delivery

The rental equipment is usually delivered on the day before. This means you can be sure that the equipment will be ready for use at the start of the rental period in the morning. If you place a rental order for the following day before 12:00 noon, we will try to deliver the equipment as early as possible on the following day.

Step 3: Rent quality from Dräger

We also offer high-quality safety equipment from other brand manufacturers. Maintenance and functional checks are always carried out in our own workshops by qualified technicians in accordance with current regulations and guidelines such as the DGUV regulations and BG specifications. Dräger Safety is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SCC/VCA (Safety Certicificate Contractors).

Step 4: Spontaneously expanding the rental period

If it becomes necessary to extend the rental period at short notice, please inform us of the relevant order in your log-in area and we will endeavor to adjust your rental period for a longer period in accordance with the conditions on our website.

Step 5: Work completed?

At the end of the rental period, send the goods back to our branch in Krefeld with sufficient postage. Alternatively, you can also return the products to us in person. You have already received a return delivery bill upon delivery.

Step 6: Convenient payment by invoice

You will receive an invoice by e-mail after the end of the rental period and receipt of the goods at our branch. You have 14 days to pay the invoice.
