Return Information

For your safety and to ensure optimal performance, we kindly ask that the Equipment be operated only by qualified personnel, following all relevant operating manuals and instructions.

At the conclusion of your agreement, please return the Equipment to the location specified by Dräger. The equipment should be returned in the same condition as received (allowing for normal wear and tear), and must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated. Please inform Dräger of any potential contamination.

Dräger reserves the right to refuse any Equipment that is returned in a contaminated state, and rental fees may continue to accrue until the Equipment is properly decontaminated by either you or Dräger. Should Dräger perform the cleaning or decontamination, any related fees will be charged to you.

If the Equipment cannot be successfully cleaned or decontaminated, you will be responsible for purchasing it at its replacement value.
