The Dräger PSS 4000 is a self-contained breathing apparatus to EN 137:2006 Type 2, built for firefighting, hazmat response and mine rescue – with a base unit weight from 3.00 kg.

  • Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) certified to EN 137:2006, Type 2 – the class approved for firefighting
  • Light base unit from 3.00 kg, so more of the carried weight is air rather than harness

A full face mask and a lung demand valve are required for operation – the breathing apparatus cannot be used on its own.
