The Dräger X-dock 6300 is an automatic test and calibration station with three test gas connections that bump tests and adjusts your gas detectors in under 10 seconds – without a PC.
- Test and calibration station that recognises every sensor combination automatically, then tests and adjusts the instrument once the required test gases are connected
- Bump test in under 10 seconds for standard gases, with a reduced flow of 300 ml/min per module to cut test gas consumption significantly
- Standalone operation via the integrated touchscreen – no PC required for configuration or daily use
- Three test gas connections and three configurable test routines
- Expandable to a maximum of 10 modules for X-am and/or Pac instruments
What the calibration station tests automatically
- Bump test and adjustment of all fitted sensors
- Automatic leak test
- Automatic test of the alarm elements
- Verification of sensor response times
Every result is written to the database automatically. With a compatible printer, calibration and test certificates can be printed directly at the station, in line with T021/T023 (BG RCI) and the relevant EN standards. All Dräger test gas cylinders are already stored in the database.
Charging function, seal cassette and 12 V vehicle operation
